Daily Workout

Our program runs on a 6-week cycle. Each cycle includes one or two strength focuses, a skill focus, as well one or two accessory pieces. Be sure to check in at the start of each cycle so you understand the ‘why’ behind the focus. This will help you maximize your performance.

Current Primary Focus:

  • Back Squat/Squat to Box
  • Shoulder Press
  • Strict Pulling Strength

Current Secondary focus:

  • Pendlay Row
  • Kipping Pull-up Muscular Endurance
