Warm-up (10 minutes):
A). 20/20 Halos
20 Lying prone dislocates
2 mins dead hang hold (accumulate 2 minutes)
10/10 Half Moons
10/10 Ring Row and reach
Skill:
A). Choose 1 of 3 (10 minutes)
a). 25 Strict pull-ups (as few sets as possible)
b). 3×10 Kipping pull-ups
c). 3 Big sets of butterfly pull-ups
B). One-armed Bent Over DB or KB row: 5 sets of 10 on each arm. Rest as needed. (15 minutes)
Conditioning:
4-8 burpees every 30 seconds for 8 minutes (choose a number you can hold for all 16 intervals)

Final answers… dashie got 9 out of 10. The only one she missed was me, who skipped school 40 to 50 percent of time. It was such a waste of time.
