• The current state of my sympathetic/parasympathetic systems
• A very accurate account energy expenditure (resting metabolic rate + cal burned during training and other daily activity)
• Sleep quality (length/% of recovery/HRV)
• It turns out that 15 minute of Autogenics (kind of like meditation) was better for me, recovery-wise, than a 45 min nap
