Monday’s Workout:

Elizabeth 21, 15, 9

Power Clean (135/95),

Ring Dip

or

Fat Elizabeth 

15, 12, 9 Power Clean (185/125)

coupled with

7, 6, 5 Muscle Ups.

15min Cut off

Optional Finisher:

100 Band Pull Throughs (Blue/Green Band)

Coaches, in the event of a large class, direct those who don’t have ring dips to use the rack-converted dip stations for the workout.
