As many of you know, Baby Nat and I (Eunice) are competing at the West Regional competition at the end of May (May 29th-31st) in Tacoma Washington. We’ll be going up against the best CrossFit athletes from the Northwest region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho), as well as the top dogs from the Canada West region (B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba).
To help prepare us, Tom ran an in-house competition on the weekend, where Nat and I teamed up to form one team, while the other teams had three team members to take us down. In the end, the veteran team of Nathalie “Woodchuck,” Marco and Dash won the title!
Nat and I want to extend our thanks to everyone who came out and pushed us during all three events. It means a lot. It was a great day: 3 workouts in a matter of 2 hours!
Also, a big shout out to people who competed in their first competition: the rookie team made up of Julianne, Gerry and Jon Juan! And the Mexican fighter Iker!

Definitely was a fun time on Saturday - thanks for organizing. Looking forward to seeing what the Regionals workouts will be for you two ladies!
I was also very concerned for Vince's health.
Such a fun afternoon and so great to see some newbies to comps!
Seeing Vincent sitting there on the curb, post-rowing finisher, shook me to the core. Made me question everything I thought I knew about life.
