I know I have posted about this kind of thing before but this past weekend being Thanksgiving I thought it especially prudent. Plus I just simply cannot help myself. š
Ok. I like talking about poop. Anyone who knows me knows that. However this post is more than the jocular biological report I (and TBear) like sharing with whoever will listen.
Since we are an organization and community focused on health and wellness, I thought it prudent to share this article with you all. It is definitely more descriptive in nature than my previous posts and links on this subject.
As the article says you can tell much about what is happening inside your body by what you ādepositā in the toilet. The size, consistency, colour and scent of your poop are all characteristics for you to consider.
The article uses āThe Bristol Stool Chartā to illustrate and discuss the various creations we leave behind.
Please read the whole article here.
Fascinating stuff. Donāt let this information go to waste. Have a peek! Try and draw the lines of correlation between your eating habits, training, hydration, wellness and your poop. Be your own poop whisperer!
Does #6 sound familiar to anyone out there?
Andy Sack always says that if you can poop and not have to wipe then you are the perfect human being. Think I would settle for a couple #5s a day.
I wish you all the PPP.
Mucho Amore,
Shep
Ps. Big shout out to Nicola Campbell for sending me this link.
