7 Burpees
*Set up Concept 2’s on one side of the gym. Burpee floor space on the other. Trade off minutes.
*1 athlete does burpees while 1 rows for calories; then switch. 10 of each.

Chesty, I've done a fair number of workouts that you've programmed this month and I think it's fair to say they are sneaky hard. Somehow you manage to decieve me with programmed "rest" by trading off rounds. Also my core is tired...tabata flutter kicks = evil.
P.S. - ladies doing this workout should think about a scaled number of calories to do in a minute! I picked 14
