Set up for the snatch on every rep, avoid touch and go today. For the pistols pick a progression if needed where stability and balance are the goal, not depth.
If anyone thinks that Andy is exagerrating about his client's overwhelming and persistent aroma, and that it couldn't possibly be "that bad", let me tell you, it was! The poor guy literally worked out in the back alley so that the class wouldn't suffer quite so much. It was gag inducing.
