MOBILITY WORKSHOP

Special06Our mobility workshop is a five-week, progressive program designed to correct your movements, ultimately helping you move better.

You’ll walk away with fundamental for improving your movement quality, effective tools for soft tissue release, dynamic stability, and corrective exercises, as well as the correct progressions and regressions for your level of movement.

The first week includes a small group 45-minute assessment that will take a look at you from head-to-toe, and will classify your restrictions, as well as give you individual focuses.

The following four weeks are 90 to 120 minute sessions that address different areas of the body. Week two focuses on trunk stability, week three on the squat, week four on the hinge, and week push on pushing, pressing and pulling mobility.

The workshop takes place on Sundays at noon. The next workshop will be held in March (2014).

It is coaches by mobility guru Emile “Chest” and long-time coach and RMT CJ Castro.
